- 1 lb asparagus, drained
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 250 g cream cheese
- 150 g ham sliced
- 1 tablespoon oregano (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a bowl mix the mayonnaise and the cheese, and the oregano (if used). Set aside
- Lay the asparagus on a baking dish and the slices of ham over them, ends tucked.
- Spread the cheese mixture over each ham slice. Cook under a broiler until the cheese mixture slightly brown.
